The Melody 4 Change Project is a youth-focused endeavor to generate positive social change through empowering songs and music videos.
**Our DREAM objective is for music/songs to be used as a vehicle to push more love and acceptance into the lives of today's youth.**
**Our STRATEGIES to meet the DREAM objective**
I. SONGS FOR A CAUSE:
The Melody 4 Change Project encourages musicians to collaborate with youth and nonprofit organizations that serve them, to create original songs that can be used to raise awareness of their efforts. There are amazing groups dedicated to helping teens and young adults that just need promotion. Music can be a powerful tool to raise awareness. We've even partnered with nonprofits to create material specifically addressing youth issues and causes that are important to them. The Song for a Cause can then be promoted via viral videos and at fundraising events.
II. ROCKIN HEROES & RESOURCES
We want young people to have a place to go to be inspired by their peers. We highlight youth (Under 21 years of age) who dedicate themselves to improving the lives of others in some way. We highlight nonprofits that believe in and strive to enable their success. We also provide information on organizations, companies, and resources that focus on youth empowerment and protection.
III. MUSIC MAKER PROGRAMS
We are organizing an advisory council to develop mentoring songwriting workshops and resources for today's teens. We want to encourage youth to use music as a voice to share their feelings and ideas on issues they face today. We want a generation of music makers motivated by positive intention regardless of fame.

IV. BUILDING A COMMUNITY
We want to build a community of volunteers that collaborate together to meet the Melody 4 Change Project objectives. If you are a
1) musician wanting to contribute music or facilitiate music maker workshops
2) producer/recording engineers wanting to donate studio time
3) youth-oriented nonprofit wanting promotion/partnership
4) youth or young adult making an amazing contribution wanting to be highlighted
5) philanthropist wanting to donate financially
